Pre-constructon is the first phase of the overall planning and coordination of a construction job. During pre-construction we aim to give the client a clear picture of what their project is going to look like, how it will get done and when they can expect it to be completed.
Cost estimates, based on previous projects with similar scope, are provided to help with decision making.
Once estimates are approved, we move to the design development stage where we meet with the architects and designers. Finally construction plans, permits and required documents are finalized and construction can begin
